Better then some.
I'll say FF.
Some people bitch about it not being as compatible as IE6. Well guess what, its incompatibility makes it the safest (or maybe second to Opera) browser there is. Sure you can't use CSS to customize the scrollbar, but its not a huge deal. You also have to code JS to be CB between IE and it and other browsers, but so what?
The fact that certain types of things don't work in it, stops a lot of viruses from gettign through.

IE is the best browser.
Who care if it has security problems. Those only happen if you're careless online.
FireFox is just overall, plain ugly, plus the time it takes for it to load is un-compared to IE.
If FF looked better, you could customize the location of your address bar, and it was faster in loading when you access it; it would be the best browser. It has potential, but it's just not quite there for me yet.
Mozilla FireFox looks a lot like the browser Mozilla Phoenix... just upgraded.

Naruto, with FF though, you can get Extensions and Themes. Extensions including Ad Blocker (I have every ad on PB blocked, they NEVER show). Also get session saver. If your computer crashes or something, next time you open FF, it remembers the page. Also Linkination and FoxyTunes.
Now, for ugliness, there's themes. You can download the themes others make, and it'll look better. I admit if CSS was compatible it'd be better, but this is good for now.
You can customize the layout and everything. Right click on the space above the address bar. Select "Customize" Have fun.
Yes it takes longer to start up, but it loads the pages just as fast for me. It may just be my cable though.

Oh crap. [See, I'm new to Hatake Forum, but I try to make posts every now and then.]
While my opinion might not even count here, I'll say it anyway. I like IE better. It's more compatible, and it's less annoying. I don't know; my friend uses Mozilla, and the page takes forever to load. As for the firewall, or security stuff, I'm not quite sure. Though, it does seem that Window's firewall kinda sucks.
There, I said it.

Firewall is completely different. FF doesn't have a firewall.
Anyway, yes I guess speed and compatibility are the too biggest issues. For 56k users, maybe IE is better, but for DSL or cable FF is best.

Loading pages isn't slow, I'm saying opening it up is slow. IE = As fast a NotePad. FF = As fast as Photoshop And by ugly, I mean the whole look to it. I know you can get extensions and themes but it's just not that great. IE has an inset feel for the area of where you see the browser while FF just has this thin border .. In IE you have smooth scrolling while in FF it's choppy. I know you can go to the settings and make it have smooth scrolling ... but the smooth scrolling is TOO smooth.

I used IE for 5 years. I didn't even knew that there existed other browsers. I though IE was like having internet. This year, many people recommended my Mozilla Firefox. I tested it and loved it. It blocks pop-ups for free. It allows you open many aisles in only one window. It is useful to webmaster, it gets you all the details from a page. It lists your downloads and IT BLOCKS VIRUSES: SPYWARES & ADWARES. It also has a very costumizable Favourites section and has many cool features, such as fast google search. I think IE is greate, but I take Mozilla Firefox as the best

According to Uchiha Sasuke, you can download tabbed browsing for IE.
I don't think FireFox can block viruses or spyware...
You can get a fast google search for IE.
Pop Up blockers aren't always helpful, especially when coding with Javascript.
