Without HTML, you wouldn't have anything to put PHP in. eh? what'cha talken about, PHP is just input and output of information, so you could still use PHP with no HTML, it just wouldn't be effective or user friendly at all

This is turning into a coding chat .. Could you do something like this in a text file; <?php echo ("Hello, World!!!!!!!!!!!"); ?>Save it as hello.php then on another text file input: <?php include ("hello.php"); ?>Then save it as index.php. Wouldn't that give you text without using HTML? That kind of sucks..but you can.
