If this is in the wrong place, please move it.
Okay,I'm having problems with Photoshop CS.I can't do anything with it.There's no bucket fill tool and I can't do any filters except for a few,not even clouds or wind.

Make sure the layer mode is set to RGB color and you're not trying to put a filter effect on a text layer. As for the bucket fill tool, isn't it this?

How do you make a screenshot and then paste it to something and save/edit it?I don't know how(I forgot.I used to do it all the time).

You probably don't see it but if you click the gradient tool and hold it in it is also the spot where the paint bucket is

Press the Print Screen/SysRq button that's the button to the right of F12 and above Insert. 2. Copy and paste into an image program (like Paint). 3. Do whatever you want (resize, etc.), save, and upload.

Oh, here's your problem. Click the gradient button (two buttons above the text button) and right-click it. There should be a drop-down list of buttons (two of them - gradient and the fill bucket). Left click on the fill bucket. How did that screenshot make PS look green though?

I saved it as a .gif file in MS Paint, and it said the colors would get messed up.I didn't know they wuld get messed up that badly, though.I would've saved it as a .bmp, but it would've made the thing even worse. And a .jpg file would just get messed up. Edit-Okay,I found it.Thanks,SO and Xephra!

No problem. Also, that's why I save most things as .png.
