I'm trying to make a Shoutbox, but I'm stuck on how to do some stuff heres what I got so far:

well so far you really havent dont anything yet. and before submitting the values to the database you should check if there really is something entered in the text fields and remove the html tags and spacing.
then with every submission (row) you add a extra table with the values inside of it and echo it out.

Actually, I would work on getting the data to be sent to a database, and then work on removing HTML from being used, and checking if it's filled in or not, etc.
