I'm using Microsoft Frontpage to design my website (www.matermine.com) and I I am having difficulty with frames. I want it so when you click on a link on the Nav bar frame, it will change the nav bar skin/style/contents and the main frame page would remain the same.

Set the "target" to the name of the frame you want it to change. I'm not sure if this is possible in Front Page, since I've never used it.

Maybe you should use Notepad or maybe WordPad instead of FrontPage. I've used it before, and don't like how it changes some things.
