That's awesome.
One suggestion though, don't abuse the same gradient so much.

Good suggestion. That s9 symbol can get redundant. You guys find it hard to navigate?

Splash pages get annoying sometimes.. But a suggestion for it is to align it in the exact center of every screen resolution like the "Too many connections" page that sometimes appears. You can achieve this by making an outer table with a width and height of 100% and the td valign="middle" and align="center". As CDDude said, don't use the gradient a lot. I see S9 and my eyes are like .. Save your menu icons as gifs, it'll reduce the image size, which will lead to quicker loading and quicker rollovers. There seems to be a thick black line under every gradient. I don't know if that was on purpose, but it doesn't seem right. The white text seems a bit bright, try a little darker color. Something like #DDDDDD. The navigation is OK but could use some work. The 2 side navigations and middle content with the roundness reminds me of DarkGamer. Just a question? Why'd you use iFrames? You're using include() aren't you?

He's not using Iframes.
I think he's using either your code or someone else that automatically replaces the area with the other.

I just checked and he is using iFrames. www.loc.mfhosting.com/sector9/index2.php?page=galleryView Source and find "iframe". You'll find it. Its a div layout. CDDude.. that is the kind of thing that I want to use for the SFS Website. How is it a div layout? There aren't even any div tags lol =P Please consider some of my suggestions egbakaet.
