Getting Support
When getting support ...
- Make sure there isn't another thread on the same problem. Use the search feature.
- Please give us a url to your board so that we can look into the problem.
- Give a good description on what your problem is.

Requesting a Code
- Make sure the code isn't in any of our code indexes.
- Please add "Request: request title here" as your thread title so we can tell the difference between a request and support.
- Don't request any of the following (No one usually does these kind of requests:

• RPG Hacks
  
• Portal Hacks
  
• Info Center Hacks
  
• Basically any hack that would require a lot of time and effort to complete.
