Consider this, a stickied thread in the Lounge that has no topic, just like talking on instant messanger people can tak about anything that comes into their mind. Not only will it help post count increase but will make the forum members interact more which will help the community grow.

Not only will it help post count increase but will make the forum members interact more which will help the community grow. Good intention, but it might not work out, and would probably turn into spam replies (even though it's kinda spam to begin with). Unless there's some sort of rule(s) strictly set in the beginning, it might not turn out as well.

To be fair even if it seemed spam its not a bad thing as if you think about it whats more important having a few posts here and there or having a good bunch of posts and more interaction between members.

Damn you and your logic. Well, yeah, I guess, but there should still be a rule...something like: Any staff members may delete any posts in this thread or lock this thread in its entirety at any given time, as long as an explanation is given to the reason of post deletion/thread being locked. Or something like that where it's worded all big so it intimidates people.

Agreed so looks like we all agree. Well, I'm willing to try it out. And we still have to wait for Naruto, since the last thing someone asked me to do I did -- and it wasn't too good.
