1. open a new image with a white bground any size 2. filter>render>clouds 3. filter>render>differenceclouds 4. click ctrlF 3 times 5. filter>distort>twirl make the angle 126 6. filter>brush strokes>angled strokes= us costum settings 7. filter>artistic> plastic wrap use settings: highlight strength: 20 detail: 15 smoothness: 3 8. filter>artistic>ink outlines use custom settings 9. filter>blur> motion blur: distance: 3 10. layer>new adjustment layers> brightness and contrast use settings: brightness: -28 contrast= -1
when done it should look like

I remember this one. I think I suggested making it in color (like brown) for it to look like a mountain or temple. ;D It looks like an aerial view as well, which is a nice effect.
