1.Make an image 600x400. press ctrl+d. Then get your gradient tool and set it to angle and mode to difference click around a bunch of times until you have something like this. 2.Press ctrl+u and set hue and saturation to the color you want. I used 38 hue and 100 saturation. Now make a new layer and make the backround black. 3.go Filter>Render>Lensflare and use these settings. 105mm Prime Brightness 70 4. Now repeat step 3 exept use brightness 60. you should now have a bright ligth in the middle of your canvas 5. Now use Liquify and start from the center of the ligth and go to the corners. change the layer mode to Hard Light and it should look like this. 6. with the layer that has the x made of light hit crtl+l and use these setting. Mode:RGB Input levels: 0,3,255 Output levels:0,255 you should have something like this now 7. with the same layer go Filter>blur>Gaussian blur and set it to 2.5 to make the circle less grainy. now press ctrl+u and set your color to the same thing u did before. and your done and it should look somehwat like this. by fooling around with it i got this

*coughdownloadcough* j/k
Very nice effect, but I think the "arms" could be worked on. And perhaps parts of the grid should be white so it would stand out against a black background.
