1. make a new image any size bground white 2. filter render clouds 3. filter>render>difference clouds; do it 3 times 4. use the ripple filter and make the size medium make it 658% 5. use the 3d transform filter and flip a sort of globe around 6. filter>sketch>photocopy; use custom settings 7. filter>pixelate>fragment; keep custom settings 8. filter>stylize>solarize 9. use glowing edges and keep custom settings 10. use the bass relief filter and keep the custom settings 11. then use filter>distort>twirl until you reach % 778 12. then use filter>distort>polar coordinates and use polar to rectangular 13. use filter>stylize>solarize 14. change the image mode to RBG 15. now hue the image green the final image if you followed all the steps should look like this: add borders to make it look sharp 8-)
