This was done on photoshop 6 To create this Follow the instructions.(the border is seperate, this is just for the text) 1. Make a new document. I used 500x150 pixles. Make it no smaller then this or it wont look right. Make it with a backround color of black. 2. Write the text you want and move the text to where you want on the document. Make the text color white. 3. Go to Filter>Stylize>Wind and pick from the right. Hit Ctrl-F one time to repeat this step. 4. Go to Filter>Stylize>Wind and pick from the left. Hit Ctrl-F one time to repeat this step. 5. Go to Image>Rotate Canvas>90 CW 6. Go to Filter>Stylize>Wind and pick from the right. Hit Ctrl-F to repeat this step one time. 7. Go to Filter>Stylize>Wind and pick from the left. Hit Ctrl-F to repeat this step one time. 8. Go to Image>Rotate Canvas>90 CCW 9. Go to Layer>Merge Visible 10. Go to Image>Adjustments>Hue/Saturation and make sure the colorize box is checked. Pick any color you want. 11. Make a new layer. Pick your text tool and type over the original text in black. Just move it around if its not exact to be directly over the white glowing part. Hope you liked my first tutorial ever. Enjoy ...from Baberim at G101 Design.
