1) star a new document, I chose 500x100 for mine. Make sure your colors are default and then click on the radial gradient tool. 2) Go crazy with the gradient, make alot of circles any way you want it. Creativity is all in our own eyes! ^^ 3) Change the hue/saturation to a shade of purple, or some other color if you so desire. 4) Duplicate the layer 5) Fliter-Distort-Twirl Angle- 150% 6) Change the blending mode to color dodge and then merge the layer down. 7) Duplicate the layer and go to Filter-Distort-Polar Cooridnates. Do polar to rectangular (the bottom choice.) 8) Set the blending mode to lighten and then merge the layer down. 9) Duplicate the layer. 10) Filter-Distort-Wave 5 174,379 24, 164 100,100 Sine, Wrap Around 11) Set the layers blending mode to color dodge again, and your done! ...from G101 Design.
