1) Start a new transparent document with 400x400 dimensions. Fill it in with black. 2) Filter-Render-Lens Flare with 100 mm prime and a brightness of 150. 3) Go to Filter-Liquify and go crazy with it, whatever you want do to go right ahead! 4) Duplicate the layer , and then Filter-Styliize-Find Edges. 5) Invert the layer and then merge down. 6) Duplicate the layer and Filter-Blur-Radial blur of 60, Zoom, Best Quality. 7) Set the blending mode to screen, merge down and then duplicate the layer again. 8) Filter-Stylize-Emboss Angle of 80 Height of 84 Amount of 199 9) Merge down, duplicate the layer and then Filter-Blur-Radial blur of 70, Zoom, Best Quality. 10) Set the blending mode to overlay or multiply. ...from Luca G101 Design.
