1) Start a new document 400x200. 2) Fill in the image with black. 3) Type in the prefered text of your choice, make sure that it is in a bright color and that the text takes up a good portion of the image. 4) Duplicate the layer and on the new layer do a Filter-Blur-Motion Blur of 16 pixels. 5) On the same layer, do a Filter-Blur-Radial Blur with the settings at 100 zoom and best quality. 6) Duplicate the layer and make sure the layer mode is nomal. 7) Filter-Blur-Motion Blur of 26 pixels. 8) Ta Da! All done. An easy to do effect with lots of room for customization, and now you have text that projects ^_^. ...from G101 Design.
