1. Start a new 400x80 document and fill it in with black. 2. Filter-Render-Lens Flare of 80% brightness and 105 mm prime. Put one in each corner of the image and then put one in the center. 3. Do Filter-Liquify so that you get something similar to this: 4. duplicate the layer and do Filter-Sketch-Chrome with default settings. 5. Set the blending mode to overlay and change the hue/saturation to a blue green color, its up to you whether you want it light or dark. 6. Merge down and then duplicate the layer. 7. Filter-Blur-Gausian Blur of 1.5 pixels. 8. Set the blending mode to hard light and then merge the layer down. 9. Duplicate the layer and do Filter-Distort-Wave with settings of: 5 84, 146 66, 99 100%,100% Sine, Wrap Around 10. I like the effect that the wave created, but I wanted to stick with the star theme. 11. Set the blending mode to overlay and then your done! ...from G101 Design.
