Ok here I will show you how to make some awesome zigzags that you see on some pieces. Follow along closely. 1/ Create a new document > 400x400 > transparent 2/ Select 00C0FF as your foreground colour and fill the background of layer 1 with your paint tool. 3/ Layer > New Layer > Name it zigzag 1 4/ Click B and with your brush tool, draw a line, not too think, like shown below (Slightly darker than the background color) 5/ Apply a simple inner bevel with a 1px bevel size and global lighting of 120 (Layer > Layer style settings) 6/ Filter > Distort > Twirl (with -120 as the angle) 7/ Filter > Distort > Zig-Zag (Amount: -53%, Ridges: 5, Style: Around Center) 8/ Edit > Stroke > 1px, black (000000) from the outside 9/ Filter > Gaussian Blur (Radius: 0.7) 10/ Duplicate the layer > Name it zig-zag 2 11/ Duplicate it once more > Name it zig-zag 3 12/ With 'zig-zag 3' selected, click Filter > Stylize > Wind (Method: Stagger, Direction: Left) 13/ Repeat step 12 twice 14/ Select 'zig-zag 2' and click Layer > Arrange > Bring to front 15/ Do the same with 'zig-zag 1' 16/ Crop out your final image and add brushes, etc...and viola! That's pretty cool, stuff like that could be used as a mini-logo.
