Do you mean from the Internet or from your saved files?I'm not sure about the saved files,but the Internet is just right click>copy then in Photoshop edit>paste.

Open both images.
On the one you want to move; hit Ctrl+A (select all). Then hit Ctrl+C (copy).
On the image you want as the bg, hit Ctrl+V (paste). Then you can move it around using that move tool.

is that what u do? and what about when you want to make them transperent? how do u do it? once you have all the images on it that you want?

Yes,that's all you have to do.The one I posted is for getting the images off the Internet,and Naruto posted the one for taking the images from saved files.
