So I take it you went through the torture already. Did you pass it successfully, or did you give up? I successfully managed to resist submitting to Ocelot's torture -- twice, in fact, since I forgot to call Otacon by Codec until I had to go again -- and having to press the O button that fast was hard. I passed it. I almost had to go a third time, but I called Otacon to bust me out...which he didn't. But I used the ketchup to make it look like I killed myself, and the guard's reaction was funny. I got up and kicked his ass after that. And now I'm supposed to go fight Liquid Snake while he's piloting the Hind D helicopter.

I'm not really into Stealth games anymore. I had Splinter Cell, but the pace of the game frusterated me, so I ended up trading it.

I haven't played Splinter Cell, but this is fun. Anyway, wow...I just plowed through the rest of the game today. I went through the end of Disc 1, and all of Disc 2. I had a save right before fighting Metal Gear Rex, and I decided I was going to wait until later (or maybe tomorrow) to finish it, but I couldn't resist to see the end. The final boss fights were awesome. Oh, *spoilers* I guess: Fighting Liquid on top of Rex just seemed badass. The only problem was that the ending sucked. Solid Snake turned into a total pansy at the end. I mean, I kind of expected something like that to happen, but not to that extent. He, like...became Meryl's bitch or something. Maybe it was different (hopefully) in Otacon's ending, I don't know. Whatever, it was still an awesome ending due to how much of the plot was revealed just at the end, what with Naomi and Frank Jaeger (Gray Fox, the Cyborg Ninja) and FoxDie and whatever. The real clincher was at the end, when someone -- it sounded like Ocelot -- was talking to someone on the phone, who turned out to be the third brother (Solidus?) and was the President. I was all like "WTF, hold on a minute." But wow, so many plot twists/revelations. Some were expected, like Gray Fox being Deepthroat, but others weren't. The game was a little short though. It lasted me 10 hours (11 if you count watching the ending), and that's including cutscenes. But hey, it was only $9.99, so I can't complain. Anyway, for anyone who's beaten it, if you want to discuss the plot that'd be great, because I'm sure I skipped over something in this post, what with the bosses and Decoy Octopus and some stuff involving Liquid Snake...

I know the plot, considering i've gotten every ending...
...but it's been so long since i've played it, that I forgot the plot. >_<
