Well.. Just got it not long ago and it's awesome. XD But I keep losing to the chain saw guy, I can't get pass him.. =/ Dr. Salvador? DON'T go in the cabin that triggers him. At this rate you barely have enough ammunition to get past him. I would just kill the amount of villagers you need to kill, and then when they go away, grab the shotgun in the one house that triggers Dr. Salvador. But since they're gone, he won't come. But don't use a handgun on him. Shotgun all the way. Of course, SAVE your shotgun ammo. People told me that and I didn't listen to them, and towards the middle of the game I got REALLY low on ammo. (By the end I was fine, though.) And of course, always go for headshots if you can, or for knee shots if you want to kick them. Or foot shots if you want to trip 'em. I think you'll actually stun Dr. Salvador a little bit if you shotgun him to the head. I know it's annoying if you tell people about enemies later on, but I have to in this case. Later on you'll encounter the Bella Sisters -- two chainsaw women. Then you fight Dr. Salvador a bunch of times. But in Mercs (The Mercenaries mini-game), you fight Mr. Salvador. He's this bigass version of the doctor, but he dual-wields chainsaws and is like 9 feet tall. Did you save the dog at the beginning? Oh yeah, I'm going to be really annoying about posting stuff like this helping you out. I know you're more than capable of figuring this stuff out for yourself, but for some reason I really, really want to talk about this as you go through it, so just bear with me. I'll try to be not annoying...I'll TRY. >_>

Heh, it's alright.. Yeah I saved it.. Is something bad going to happen? And how many shots does it take to beat the Dr? You can just keep blasting away and he'll get back up..

No, but if you saved the dog he helps distract the second boss in the game. In the time that he's distracting it, run to the small cabins and raid them for items, because they'll be destroyed once the boss puts his attention back on you. Well, if you're using a default shotgun with its default power (4.0), and the first Dr. Salvador in the game has 20.5 health (the only reason I know this is because someone on GameFAQs somehow managed to calculate enemy health -- must've taken him a while... ), I guess it'll take...six shots. I'm not sure if he takes 1.2x headshot damage or not, though. Funny, it seems that he takes more shots than that...but I'm not the one researching enemy health, I'm just the one telling it to you. =P Edit: By the way, GET ALL THE YELLOW HERBS IN THE GAME. They max out your health but they're pretty rare. If you end up maxing your health out on the first playthrough, though, you won't need two yellow herbs if you've used all the other ones, so I guess you can miss two. But don't. >_>

It takes awhile to kill Dr. Salvador. But he drops shotgun ammo or a grenade. I can't remember. Also save up your money even though you need to upgrade because you want the machine gun with unlimited ammo available at the end when you beat the game. It helps when replaying.

I don't have enough money to buy that. Heh, I only have 670,000 or so Pesetas, and I haven't tried Assignment Ada yet. You're talking about the Chicago Typewriter, right? Because I think the Handcannon's going to take a lot of practice to get. >_<

Yeah the typewriter. You really wouldn't need any other guns replaying with that baby.

Well.. This game is pretty fun. I say it's only scary in the start in the village, then it starts getting fun. I quit at the start of 1-3.
Btw, how long does it take to beat this game?

You're already at 1-3? Wow, I took my sweet-ass time in the game because I wasn't used to games like this. It'll probably last you 14-20 hours. It lasted me 37. XD
